Job Description:

• Develop and manage a relationship with the French diplomatic missions.
• Conduct regular/Monthly Meetings with the French Mission with the following agenda:
• Animate and coordinate effective and efficient operations, as per French contractual obligations for the French diplomatic mission
• Control & maintain the Unit's Budgets (Revenue & Resources).
• Ensure that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence to all SOPs/ processes required to comply with the Organizational & ISO perspective.
• Maintain a high level of staff productivity and efficiency [Qualitative & Quantitative].
• Enhance processes to improve the quality and efficiency of the Unit and lead new process rollouts in the respective France Visa Application Centers.
• Ensure necessary product and process training is provided to all staff regularly through coaching and development programs (FOST program)
• Work with the Value-Added Services team to create new channels of revenue generation
• Coordinate under the COF’s instructions the development of sales of current and new services in compliance with contract specifications.
• Responsible for Customers Satisfaction Index / Score
• Conduct manpower planning & forecasting for the unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as an operation manager.
• Fluent French speaker is a must.
• Ability to manage teams in a dynamic work environment.
