Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement specialty leasing retailer action plans aimed at maximizing sales and increasing the center's value.
• Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
• Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
• Acquisition of new tenants, building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents.
• Arrange for specialty leasing in the mall, temporary lease in the common areas.
• Execute comparative surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing.
• Assist in preparing and adherence of annual Budget for Leasing.
• Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both Mall Operation and leasing.
• Fluency in English is a must.
