Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for developing and delivering strategic plans for the Demand Planning department.
• Develop strategies to meet medium-term business needs by anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring successful implementation and execution.
• Analyze key themes and trends using data from various sources to assess potential business impacts.
• Lead the demand planning team to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee demand planning activities to ensure high forecast accuracy and product availability, enabling the company to capture market opportunities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
• 7–12 years of experience in demand planning (Sales background is preferred).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning.
