A multinational company located in 6 October City is hiring a Head of Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description :
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
- Motivate and mentor members of the management team and chair meetings.
- Leadership role for an organization and fulfill a motivational role for the workers in addition to their more office-based work.
- Design, develop and implement the strategic plan for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
- Responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the organization.
- Directing all technical Managers' (QA, QC, Engineering, Production, Supply chain) to achieve the company Production targets
- Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Years of Experience:7 Years and above
- Bachelor Degree:Pharmacy or equivalent
- Experience Background:Preferably Pharmacist with at least 15 – 20 years of experience in industry out of which 5 – 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Managerial Position.
