Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and operations of the company in Egypt.
• Coach a growing team of 20+ team members (fast-growing)
• Collaborate at the leadership level with a team of three experienced Tier 1 management consultants based in Paris, contributing to the research.
• Deliver high-quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision-making on multi-million-dollar investments.
• Communicate directly with the highest-level customers, including fund managers, billionaire entrepreneurs, and family office managers.
• Support the strategic development of the company hand in hand with the founders to develop sustainable, unique differentiation in the market.
• This role will require being diligent in focusing on cross-functional topics in addition to research while maintaining strong communication and relationships with head office in Paris to meet overall objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business/finance.
• Proven experience as a Tier 1 strategy consultant for at least 4–6 years.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team and knowing how to collaborate efficiently.
