Responsibilities:

• To register Third party vehicle damage claims with appropriate reserves.
• To identify and flag potential frauds for further investigations.
• To monitor and achieve the target TATs in recoveries for following key process.
• Respond to notifications received from Third Party Insurers.
•  Examine & Settle all TPI claims received within TAT.
• Booking of all Claims Recovered from TPI within TAT.
• Follow up with Third Party insurance companies.
• To Manage regular monthly/quarterly Exchange with insurance Companies.
• To Liaise with different Departments such Legal, Finance, Motor Assessment and Motor Settlement to solve claim related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of experience in motor claims department.
• Motor claim recovery experience in UAE market – Mandatory.
• Communication skills – Good Telephone etiquitte, Email Communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport with TP Insurance companies to achieve target recovery ratios.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel.
• Excellent command of English Language is a must.
• Work Model: Hybrid, with a mandatory full on-site presence for the first 6 months.
• Working Days and Hours: from Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
