Job Description:

• Advice and support on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts and other legal documents.
• Research, anticipate, and guard the company against legal risks.
• Monitoring local legislation and informing businesses about its implications
• Responsible for engaging and managing external legal counsels.
• Proactively identify and address legal issues in a pragmatic and risk-based fashion.
• Supporting claims team for handling any major litigation/ dispute in Egypt.
• Working effectively with other departments and functions such as Finance, Tax, Compliance, etc.
• Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law English Section
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience Preferably in transportation, logistics, and terminals.
• Solid experience with general corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal issues.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to find solutions to complex issues.
