Responsibilities:

• Translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Transferring Business knowledge to technical team which will also involve proper analysis, documentation and presentation.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from stakeholders on the specifications.
• Improves system by studying current practices, designing modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, proficient in Agile methodologies.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Customs Domain, Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in writing documents using UML, Use Case, User Stories, Activity Diagram, EPIC etc.
