Job Description:

• Manage, monitor and control the credit and collection functions
• Coordinate with all departments who generate leads
• Give final loan approval depending on authority level
• Ensure smooth workflow and reduced turnaround time
• Conduct daily and monthly reports
• Supervise collection staff
• Manage, monitor, and control the credit team
• Follow up on the collection portfolio with credit and collection staff
• Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and delinquency levels
• Recommend amendments to credit policy as deemed necessary
• Abide by group policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Academic Qualifications : Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related fields
• Required Language : Excellent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Work  experience : 5 to 7 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically Credit
• Ability to travel for training​ is a MUST
